Connect Jsmon directly to Claude using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Once connected, you can trigger scans, view results, manage workspaces, and interact with all Jsmon features — right from your Claude conversations.

How It Works

Jsmon provides a remote MCP server at:
When you add this URL to Claude, it initiates an OAuth authentication flow. You’ll be redirected to Jsmon’s authorization page where you can configure permissions (read, write, delete, export) for the connection. Once authorized, Claude can interact with your Jsmon account directly.

Connect to Claude Desktop

1

Open Claude Desktop Settings

Open the Claude Desktop app and go to Settings (click the gear icon or press Cmd + , on macOS).
2

Navigate to MCP Servers

In the Settings panel, click on MCP Servers (under the Developer or Integrations section).
3

Add Jsmon MCP Server

Click Add Server and enter the following:
  • Name: Jsmon
  • Transport: Select Streamable HTTP
  • URL: https://mcp.jsmon.sh/mcp
Leave the authentication fields empty — OAuth handles this automatically.
4

Authenticate with Jsmon

Click Authenticate when prompted. A browser window will open redirecting you to Jsmon’s authorization page. Sign in to your Jsmon account and approve the requested permissions.
5

Start Using Jsmon in Claude

Once connected, restart Claude Desktop. You can now ask Claude to interact with Jsmon — trigger scans, check results, manage workspaces, and more.

Alternative: Manual Configuration

You can also add Jsmon by editing the Claude Desktop config file directly: macOS:
Windows:
Add the following to the config:
Save the file and restart Claude Desktop. You’ll be prompted to authenticate on first use.

Connect to Claude Code (CLI)

If you use Claude Code, you can add Jsmon as an MCP server from the terminal:
Then authenticate:
A browser window will open for OAuth authorization. Once complete, Jsmon tools are available in your Claude Code sessions.

What You Can Do

Once connected, you can ask Claude to:
  • Run scans — “Scan example.com for JavaScript files”
  • View results — “Show me secrets found in my last scan”
  • Manage workspaces — “List my workspaces” or “Create a new workspace”
  • Check monitoring — “What domains am I monitoring?”
  • Export data — “Export all API paths from workspace X”

Permissions

During OAuth authorization, you can configure the following scopes:
You can update or revoke MCP permissions at any time from your Jsmon account settings.
