Subscription & Plans

The Subscription tab in Settings lets you view your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, and manage billing.

Go to Settings → Subscription

Open the Settings page and click the Subscription tab.

Select a Plan

Review the available plans and click Upgrade on the one you want.

Complete Payment

Enter your payment details through the secure Stripe checkout. Your new plan activates immediately.

Adding Extra Credits

If you run out of scan credits mid-cycle, you can purchase a Credits Add-on for $10 per 15,000 credits. These credits are added on top of your plan’s monthly allocation and do not expire at the end of the billing cycle. Credits from the add-on pack roll over month to month until used, unlike your plan’s base credits which reset each cycle.

Downgrading or Cancelling

You can downgrade to a lower plan or cancel your subscription at any time. Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period. When downgrading, excess workspaces beyond the new plan’s limit become read-only, monitoring schedules may be paused, and API access may be restricted. Downgrading does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. The new plan takes effect at the next renewal.
