Jsmon allows you to share workspaces with other users, enabling team collaboration on security assessments and bug bounty programs.
Workspace sharing is available on the Recon and Recon Pro plans. The free Starter plan does not include this feature.

Inviting Team Members

To share a workspace:
1

Open the Share Dialog

Click the Share Workspace button in the top-right corner of any workspace page.
2

Enter Email Addresses

In the Share workspace dialog, enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite. You can enter multiple addresses separated by commas.
3

Set Permissions

Use the permission dropdown to select the access level for the invited users. Available permission levels include:
  • Read — View scan results, reconnaissance data, and secrets (cannot modify)
4

Send the Invitation

Click the Invite button to send the invitation. The invited users will receive a notification and can access the workspace from their Workspaces page.

Managing Access

The Share workspace dialog has two tabs:
  • Invitations — Shows pending invitations that haven’t been accepted yet
  • Shared — Shows current members who have access to the workspace, along with their permission level
From the Shared tab, you can view all members and their permissions in a table with Members and Permissions columns.

Identifying Shared Workspaces

On the Workspaces page, workspaces that have been shared with you by others display an Invited badge on the workspace card, making it easy to distinguish between your own workspaces and those shared with you.
