Jsmon uses a credit-based system to meter scan usage. Credits are consumed each time Jsmon processes and analyzes URLs and assets during a scan.
Credit Allocations by Plan
How Credits Are Consumed
Credits are deducted based on the number of URLs and assets analyzed during a scan. A single domain scan may consume varying amounts of credits depending on the size of the target — a small website with a few pages will use fewer credits than a large web application with thousands of JavaScript files.
Checking Your Balance
You can view your current credit balance in two places:
- Scans page — The green Scan Credits badge at the top shows your remaining credits
- Settings → API Keys / Credits — Displays detailed credit information including your total allocation and usage
Purchasing Additional Credits
If you run out of credits before your monthly reset, you can purchase add-on credit packs:
$10 = 15,000 additional credits
Add-on credits are available to all plans and are added to your balance immediately. You can purchase them from Settings → Subscription Details or from the pricing page at jsmon.sh/pricing.
API Credits
If you use the Jsmon API, API calls also consume credits. The credit system works the same way:
- Subscribe to a plan to receive your monthly credit allocation
- Use your API key to make API calls
- Credits are deducted based on the operations performed
- Auto-renew — Credits reset automatically at the start of each billing cycle
All plans start with 500 free scans and 10 alert scans monthly, even before purchasing a plan. No credit card required.
